Builder culture

Company & Careers
OmniqAI is a Bengaluru-based, DPIIT-recognized Indian deep-tech company building sovereign AI-native work systems with global ambition.
Our flagship product is PairMind Appliance: the AI-native work-OS appliance where humans and AI teammates work as one team. The work is practical, technical, and unusually broad: real-time voice, AI in meetings, generated UI, memory, knowledge graphs, agent governance, deployment boundaries, and product surfaces that people can use every day.
Udayendra Naidu G founded OmniqAI after years in enterprise security and networking, including RSA and Cisco. He is a 3× patent holder and the daily first user of PairMind.
The company runs on its own product. That matters here. PairMind is not only tested by demos; it is tested by the company's planning, engineering, reviews, bugs, meetings, and operating pressure.
We want people who like that kind of loop. You build the system, then you live with the system, then you make it better because the weakness is no longer theoretical.
We value people who can turn unclear product problems into working systems, then keep refining them.
The product itself is about governed autonomy. The company culture needs the same: initiative, judgment, and clear escalation.
We use what we build. Breakage is not hidden. It becomes product input.
These are not landing-page slogans. They are the actual technical lanes behind PairMind.
AI teammates need to participate in live work, not only respond later in chat.
Autonomy needs contracts: what can act, what must ask, what is denied, and how every action is explained.
Appliance deployments, controlled egress, offline-friendly patterns, and isolated cloud options for customers who need boundaries.
Dashboards cannot cover every workflow. PairMind needs generated UI and presentation surfaces that fit the moment.
AI teammates need to remember decisions, context, people, documents, code, and judgment patterns over time.
Chat, calls, docs, git, PM, calendar, business workflows, and 700+ tools built in means product work spans the whole workday.
We are looking for people who like hard, concrete, slightly messy deep-tech work.
You can ship working software, understand tradeoffs, and improve from real usage.
You care about how product, infrastructure, security, memory, and UX affect each other.
You do not need perfect specs before moving, but you do know when to ask for judgment.
You can see the user experience hiding inside technical decisions.
Tell us what you have built, what you want to work on, and where you think you can help.
The best applications are specific. Show work, context, and judgment. We care more about what you can build and learn than polished phrases.
